All returns must be approved by There Is An Answer (TIAA) prior to shipping the item back to us. You may return approved new items sold by TIAA within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in new condition. If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), you will receive a call tag to return the item and the correct item will be sent to you free of any shipping charges. All approved preferential returns (not a result of our error) will be subject to a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs associated with the order and return of the merchandise.
